Note: Thank you Josh and Blake who gave me some great advice on how to fix this vlog entry! :-D It has really helped. I eventually compressed it using MPEG-4 format and changed some of the video and audio settings. Hope you're able to see it!
There you are! Congratulations on the whole vlog thing. Hopefully I can join you in the V-sphere when I buy a camera (got to pay some vet bills first!). Anxiously awaiting more videos from Hawaii!

The reason some of your friends might only be able to hear you and not see you is because you are using QuickTime7's very excellent H.264 codec - QT6 can't use that codec...good news is that QT7 is a free download/upgrade for your friends.
